01. Scope of Warranty

  • Warranty applies to Elitech Power diesel generator sets and alternators manufactured by our factory.
  • Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
  • Engines and alternators are also covered by their respective global brand warranties (e.g., Cummins, Perkins).

02. Warranty Exclusions

  • Consumable parts: Filters, belts, lubricants, coolant, and batteries.
  • Damages caused by improper installation, operation, or lack of recommended maintenance.
  • Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized third parties.
  • Natural wear and tear or force majeure (natural disasters).

03. After-Sales Service

For any technical issues, Elitech Power provides responses within 2 hours. We offer video technical support and, if necessary, dispatch engineers for major project sites (subject to separate agreement).
